Oh, super great journal! Tailored for children but pretty useful for adults as well. It's wonderful for cultivating values and character in a time when these have almost gone extinct.

Amazing tool for helping the young ones consciously cultivate great habits. Particularly loved the identity statement piece and the guide around writing it. Getting my young ones to write theirs out was a great family bonding experience for us and I’d say I learned a lot about my kids from that process. Highly recommend !!!
