An Immersive Leadership & Identity Experience for the Next Generation of Leaders
Not a summer camp. Not a workshop.
The LISR is a premier, transformative experience designed exclusively for visionary young minds ready to explore who they are and design where they are going. Far from a traditional summer camp, this residency acts as an incubator for youth identity and career architecture.
Over the course of the program, residents step away from everyday distractions into a curated environment of deep learning, collaborative building, and personal growth. We equip participants with the critical thinking, self-awareness, and foundational leadership tools required to navigate the future with absolute clarity and confidence.
Who It Is For
This residency is tailored for high school students and young change-makers (ages 14–18) who:
Are curious about their potential and eager to discover their authentic purpose.
Want to build competitive, real-world skills that transcend the traditional classroom.
Are looking to connect with a powerful, like-minded network of peers and mentors.
THE TWO TRACKS SECTION
The Inward Foundation (Without Capes)
Character development and values education. Students build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, discipline, and a resilient values system. Answering the question: who am I becoming?
The Outward Direction (Vocation Deck)
Career architecture and logic-mapping. Students identify their Logic Type, map their strengths, explore career pathways, and build a concrete direction for the next two years. Answering the question: where am I going?
Both tracks run every day. Every student receives both. Because external success is unsustainable without an internal foundation.
WHAT STUDENTS LEAVE WITH
Every graduate of the Leadership & Identity Residency leaves with a Version 1.0 Professional Portfolio containing:
Their validated Logic Type — a foundational self-knowledge tool they can apply immediately
A Signature Statement — built for university applications and internship cover letters
A researched 90-Day Activation Plan — concrete actions for the 90 days after the Residency
A completed Without Capes Daily Journal — a personal character and values record
A co-branded LISR 2026 Certificate of Completion
Lifetime access to the LISR Alumni Network
