• Please ensure your internet connection is stable
• Be ready with any questions or career documents you’d like to discuss (e.g., CV, certificates, personal statement, etc.)
• Join the session on time — sessions are limited and cannot always be extended

Payment Terms (Please Read Carefully)

By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances — this includes if the session is rescheduled by us.
• While we make every effort to keep appointments on schedule, Grammartorial may need to reschedule at short notice due to overrunning appointments or unforeseen events. If this happens, we’ll do our best to contact you in advance.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accepted, and the session may be forfeited without refund.
