I’m Sharon Adetola, a Christian Flourishing Coach and the founder of Shepha Life. My work brings together life coaching, human flourishing, mental health, and brain health and neuroscience through a Christian lens. I created this kit to help women begin exploring their identity with honesty, faith, and care.
