What the Lab Is

The Life & Leadership Design Lab is a six-week immersive experience for leaders who are done winging it and ready to lead with clarity, systems, rhythm, and repeatable execution.

This is not designed to get you more motivated. This space is for building systems, culture, and habits that support you even when you are tired, busy, or under pressure.

After the six weeks, you’ll automatically join the Life & Leadership Design Lab Membership, staying accountable with monthly check-ins, supporting resources, and live calls all through 2026.
