4. Data Validation Stop bad data before it gets in. Build drop-down lists, set entry rules, and add input messages and error alerts so your workbooks stay clean and consistent.

5. Understanding Sorting & Filtering Find what you need in large datasets in seconds. Sort by multiple columns, by colour and in custom orders, then filter with Advanced Filter and slicers.

6. Data Security, Printing & Custom Tabs Lock cells, protect sheets and workbooks, set up reports that print cleanly the first time, and build custom ribbon tabs for the tools you use most.
