This program is created for aspiring Virtual Assistants who are either new to the field or looking to move into a remote career opportunity.
In this hands-on 4-week training, you’ll be introduced to the core skills, tools, and strategies needed to begin working as a Virtual Assistant and attract clients online.

Administrative and executive support tasks
Customer experience and client communication
Social media coordination
Online research and accurate data handling
Productivity and collaboration software
Task and workflow management systems
Travel scheduling and itinerary planning
Upwork account setup and optimization
LinkedIn branding and positioning
Job interview preparation sessions
Outreach methods for finding potential clients
Beginner strategies for getting your first remote job
Program Timeline

Certificate Qualification
Certificates will only be issued to participants who successfully meet the graduation requirements. We take pride in ensuring that every certificate is earned through dedication and demonstrated competence. Our aim is to train skilled, job-ready virtual assistants who can confidently deliver value in the workplace.
To be eligible, participants must:
Finish a minimum of 90% of assigned tasks
Turn in assignments within the given deadlines
Submit work that meets the expected quality standard
Assignments that are incomplete or poorly done may not be approved.
Participants who complete the requirements will also gain:
A certificate of completion
Entry into the student support network
Access to continued learning and guidance & accountability after the program
Additional Information
After payment is completed, an automated email containing your class access details will be sent immediately.
Sessions will be held live online through Google Meet.
Recordings will be provided for missed classes.
Classes can be attended with either a smartphone or a laptop, though a laptop is recommended for future client work.

Once your registration payment is successful, check your email right away for instructions and details on joining the training sessions.
Once you've made your payment, please be patient while we process and confirm it. After confirmation, you'll receive a follow-up email with your class schedule and any other important details.
Classes are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are times when we have a high number of students enrolling. Because of this, scheduling may take a little time, but you will definitely receive your class information once your payment has been confirmed.
Please note that classes are arranged based on my availability. This helps me plan properly and dedicate my full attention to each student during their scheduled sessions.
When you receive your class schedule, please make every effort to attend your classes on time. If for any reason you cannot make a class, kindly let me know in advance.
Missing a class without prior notice may attract a rescheduling or penalty fee. This policy is in place because class times are reserved specifically for each student, and last-minute absences make it difficult to accommodate everyone fairly.
